Position Overview
Somali Airlines is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join its growing team in Somalia. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, airline operations, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
