Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage company social media platforms and online communities.
- Create engaging content including blogs, videos, graphics, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Monitor website performance and improve user engagement metrics.
- Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and display advertising.
- Generate marketing leads through digital channels and conversion campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate product launch campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Support customer retention and digital loyalty programs.
- Monitor online brand reputation and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product development teams.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
- Recommend innovative growth strategies based on analytics and customer behavior.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or online communications.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Proven success in running digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Telecommunications or technology sector experience is an added advantage.
