Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-Learning Content Architect to join our growing digital education team in Las Anod. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive digital learning frameworks that align with international educational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive instructional blueprints for diverse digital learning pathways.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert traditional textbooks into interactive multimedia content.
- Oversee the technical architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Implement advanced data analytics to track learner progress and optimize content effectiveness.
- Ensure all digital content meets international accessibility standards for learners with disabilities.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, from initial concept to final deployment and iterative updates.
Required Skills
- Expertise in instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles applied to educational software.
- Advanced knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for digital learning interoperability.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Education
A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Digital Media with significant specialized experience may be considered.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital content architecture, instructional design, or educational technology development. Proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects within the education sector is highly preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,200,000 SSP, depending on experience, technical expertise, and performance during the interview process.
