Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Microbiologist to lead our diagnostic testing and quality assurance protocols in Las Anod. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise complex microbiological testing and analysis of clinical and environmental samples.

- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO 15189 and other international quality standards.
- Manage and maintain high-precision laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
- Oversee the training and supervision of junior laboratory technicians and analysts.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding microbial findings and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to interpret complex microbiological data for diagnostic purposes.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in a clinical or industrial microbiology laboratory setting. Proven experience in quality management systems (QMS) and laboratory accreditation processes is essential. Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
Salary
