Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Learning Instructional Designer to lead our digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences using advanced authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Required Skills

Education

A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience in digital pedagogy may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically focusing on digital or remote learning environments. Proven experience working within international development organizations or large-scale educational institutions is highly preferred. Salary
