Internship Opportunity
The Administration Intern role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration, logistics coordination, and organizational processes. The intern will support day-to-day operations while developing professional skills in a structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general office tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and document organization
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Monitor office supplies and report low stock levels
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials
- Support travel arrangements including tickets, accommodation, and documentation
- Provide administrative support to different teams
- Perform data entry using Excel and internal systems
- Maintain accurate administrative records
- Assist in preparing reports and documents
- Carry out routine errands when required
- Support reception/front desk operations when needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment
Learning and Development Opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Must have graduated within the past two years
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
