Internship Opportunity

The Administration Intern role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration, logistics coordination, and organizational processes. The intern will support day-to-day operations while developing professional skills in a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support general office tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and document organization
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies and report low stock levels
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials
  • Support travel arrangements including tickets, accommodation, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to different teams
  • Perform data entry using Excel and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate administrative records
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents
  • Carry out routine errands when required
  • Support reception/front desk operations when needed
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications and Requirements
