Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of digital health solutions across healthcare facilities in Barawe and surrounding regions. This role is critical for driving the digital transformation of healthcare services in Somalia, focusing on implementing electronic medical records, telemedicine platforms, and health information systems. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and government health officials to ensure successful adoption and utilization of digital health technologies.
The Digital Health Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assessing healthcare facility needs, designing implementation plans, configuring systems, training end-users, and providing ongoing technical support. Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital health implementation, healthcare IT project management, or related field. Experience working in developing countries or post-conflict settings preferred. Demonstrated experience with electronic medical records systems, health information exchanges, or telemedicine platforms. Experience in training healthcare professionals and managing stakeholder relationships essential.
