Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee our growing digital platform in Las Anod. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for managing the entire ecosystem of third-party sellers, ensuring product quality, and optimizing the customer journey. Key Responsibilities

- Implement quality control measures to prevent fraudulent listings and substandard products.
- Analyze market trends to advise the procurement team on high-demand product categories.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex disputes between buyers and sellers.

Education

Proven track record of scaling online platforms or managing large-scale vendor networks is essential. Experience in the East African digital market is a significant advantage.
Salary
