The Senior E-Learning Content Developer will play a pivotal role in transforming traditional curricula into interactive, digital-first learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the deployment and maintenance of the regional Learning Management System (LMS).
- Analyze learner data to optimize content effectiveness and engagement levels.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to international educational standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Lead training sessions for local educators on how to utilize digital learning tools effectively.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple content development timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Somali.
- Expertise in multimedia production, including video editing and graphic design for education.
Education
A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in digital pedagogy may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital learning content for large-scale educational programs. Proven experience working with international NGOs or educational institutions is highly preferred. You should have a track record of managing complex digital projects from conception to deployment.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 2,500,000 SSP to 4,500,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical proficiency. This competitive package reflects the high level of specialization required for this role.
