We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mining Operations Manager to lead our large-scale extraction projects in the Burao region. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily mining operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Implement and monitor rigorous safety protocols to maintain a zero-harm working environment.
• Manage large-scale budgets and optimize operational expenditures to ensure project profitability.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.

Education

A Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity within a large-scale international mining firm. Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large workforces is essential.

Salary

The offered salary for this position is between 4,500,000 SSP and 7,200,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and performance metrics.
