Job Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager will lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Baidoa, overseeing the strategic direction and daily execution of threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring. This role is critical for protecting our regional infrastructure and ensuring that all digital assets are shielded from sophisticated cyberattacks. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure rapid detection and mitigation of security incidents.
• Develop and implement advanced incident response protocols and playbooks for various threat scenarios.
• Oversee the deployment and management of next-generation firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in the network.
• Mentor and train junior security analysts, ensuring the team stays updated on the latest threat intelligence.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate security controls into the broader network architecture.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Salary
