Job Overview

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of a major construction initiative, from detailed design coordination to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the construction project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, procurement specialists, safety officers, and local labor forces.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, fostering a culture of zero incidents.
• Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, negotiating terms and resolving disputes.
• Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with design specifications.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in emerging markets.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
