Job Overview

The Automotive Service Manager will lead the service department at the Burao dealership, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of vehicle maintenance, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 15+ technicians and service advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and manage daily service schedules, ensuring optimal use of bays, tools, and personnel.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as service turnaround time, customer satisfaction scores, and warranty claim accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory levels of parts and consumables, coordinating with the parts department to prevent stockouts.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and Toyota corporate standards.
  • Identify training needs and organize technical workshops to keep staff updated on new vehicle models and diagnostic technologies.
  • Prepare monthly reports for senior management, highlighting operational achievements, challenges, and financial performance.
