Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that reflects Banadir Bank’s mission and the socio‑economic priorities of Somalia.
• Identify, design, and manage community development projects in areas such as education, health, financial literacy, and environmental sustainability.
• Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and international donors to leverage resources and expertise.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of CSR initiatives using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Prepare annual CSR reports and communicate achievements to internal stakeholders, regulators, and the public.
• Integrate CSR considerations into product development, marketing, and employee engagement programs.

Education

Experience

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of 5,000,000 to 8,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives may be provided in line with the bank’s remuneration policy.
