The Government of Somaliland, through the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT), is implementing the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EA-RDIP) funded by the World Bank.

Objective of the Consultancy

The selected consulting firm will support the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology in designing a comprehensive innovation strategy for the Somaliland Innovation Zone.

The assignment aims to strengthen Somaliland’s digital innovation ecosystem by developing frameworks and strategies that promote:
