Job Overview

The E-Learning Curriculum Designer will play a pivotal role in our academic development department. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive digital learning programs that are engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex academic concepts into digestible, digital-first learning modules. Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional written communication skills in English and Somali.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret learner engagement metrics.

Education

A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in digital curriculum development may be considered in exceptional cases.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in designing digital learning content for higher education or corporate training environments. Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of digital course development is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive package reflects the high level of expertise required for this role.
