Job Overview

The Food Safety Auditor will lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the auditor will work closely with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document internal food safety audits across all production lines and support functions.
• Conduct supplier and raw material audits to verify compliance with safety specifications.
• Assess adherence to HACCP plans, ISO 22000, and Somali Ministry of Health regulations.
• Identify non‑conformities, develop corrective action plans, and monitor their implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to senior management, and track remediation progress.
• Maintain audit schedules, records, and documentation in accordance with corporate policies.
• Support external certification bodies during third‑party audits.
• Provide training and guidance on food safety best practices to plant personnel.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the beverage sector.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations.

Salary
