Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Geothermal Energy Systems Specialist to join our technical operations team in El Uid. This role is critical to the successful implementation and optimization of our geothermal energy projects in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical oversight of geothermal reservoirs, steam field management, and the integration of power plant systems. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of geothermal reservoir performance and steam field efficiency.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of geothermal production and injection wells.
• Optimize binary cycle power plant operations to maximize energy output.
• Collaborate with geological teams to monitor reservoir pressure and temperature trends.
• Develop technical protocols for steam field management and brine disposal.
• Ensure all geothermal operations comply with international environmental and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in thermal fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in geothermal reservoir modeling software.
• Strong project management skills in large-scale energy infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of binary cycle power plant technology.
• Excellent technical reporting and data analysis capabilities.

Education

A Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A PhD in Geothermal Engineering or Earth Sciences is highly preferred for this specialized role.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of direct experience in geothermal energy operations or reservoir engineering. Proven experience working in remote field environments and managing complex energy systems is essential for success in this position.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and technical certifications.
