Job Overview

The Hospitality Food and Beverage Director will oversee all culinary and dining operations within our premier Las Anod facility. This is a high-level leadership position requiring a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, and a deep passion for guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing multiple dining outlets, including fine dining restaurants, bars, and banquet services. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through innovative menu engineering and exceptional service standards while maintaining strict adherence to international health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution of food and beverage concepts to maximize profitability and guest engagement.
  • Overseeing all kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine and service.
  • Managing large-scale banquet and event operations for corporate and private functions.
  • Controlling food and beverage costs through rigorous inventory management and waste reduction strategies.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team of chefs, sommeliers, and service staff.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with international food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Required Skills

  • Advanced leadership and team management capabilities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Deep understanding of culinary trends and beverage pairing techniques.
  • Exceptional financial management skills, including P&L responsibility and budgeting.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with international guests and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and inventory tracking systems.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Culinary Arts or Sommelier studies are highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment is required. Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving significant revenue targets is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
