Job Overview

The Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment and operational lifecycle of our digital marketplace. This role is critical to ensuring that our customer promises are met with precision and efficiency. You will manage large-scale warehouse operations, optimize last-mile delivery routes, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy and high service levels. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into actionable operational workflows.
