Job Overview
The Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment and operational lifecycle of our digital marketplace. This role is critical to ensuring that our customer promises are met with precision and efficiency. You will manage large-scale warehouse operations, optimize last-mile delivery routes, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy and high service levels. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into actionable operational workflows. You will be tasked with managing complex datasets to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implementing technological solutions to mitigate them. As a leader, you will drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient but also cost-effective. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.

- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate new warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations across all fulfillment centers.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the e-commerce, retail, or high-volume logistics sectors. Salary
