Job Overview
The Senior E-Governance Systems Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing large-scale digital governance frameworks. This role involves architecting complex, distributed systems that integrate various government services into a unified digital platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design high-level architectural blueprints for national e-governance platforms.
- Lead the integration of disparate government databases into a secure, unified ecosystem.
- Establish rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive citizen data.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate policy requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-native applications for public service delivery.

Required Skills
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native design (AWS/Azure/Oracle Cloud).
- Deep understanding of API management and enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of data encryption standards and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Education
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and significant specialized certifications (such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on large-scale enterprise or government-level digital transformation projects. Proven track record of managing complex system integrations is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical proficiency.
