As a Senior Geophysics Research Scientist, you will be responsible for leading research projects in geophysics, with a focus on seismic exploration and reservoir characterization. You will work closely with our team of geologists, geophysicists, and engineers to develop and implement new technologies and methods for oil and gas exploration and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead research projects in geophysics, with a focus on seismic exploration and reservoir characterization
- Develop and implement new technologies and methods for oil and gas exploration and production
- Work closely with our team of geologists, geophysicists, and engineers to develop and implement new technologies and methods
- Conduct seismic surveys and data analysis to identify potential oil and gas reservoirs
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Geophysics or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in geophysics research and development
- Strong knowledge of seismic exploration and reservoir characterization
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Education
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Master’s degree in Geophysics or a related field. A Ph.D. in Geophysics or a related field is an asset.
Experience
We are seeking a candidate with 8-12 years of experience in geophysics research and development, with a strong background in seismic exploration and reservoir characterization.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of SSP 50,000 – 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
