Job Overview
As an Educational Content Developer, you will design and implement digital learning materials tailored to Somalia’s educational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning modules aligned with national education standards.
- Collaborate with educators to identify curriculum gaps and design solutions.
- Integrate multimedia tools (videos, infographics) to enhance engagement.
- Conduct workshops for teachers on using digital resources effectively.
- Evaluate content impact through feedback and analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in educational content authoring tools (Articulate, Lectora).
- Experience in curriculum development for K-12 or adult education.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Somali and English.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years in educational content development or e-learning.
- Proven experience in a multicultural or international setting.
Salary
4,000,000 – 5,000,000 SSP per annum, competitive with international standards.
