Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Penetration Tester to join our specialized security operations team in Baidoa. This role is critical to our mission, as you will be responsible for proactively identifying vulnerabilities within complex network architectures, cloud environments, and web applications before malicious actors can exploit them. This is not just a testing role; it is a strategic position that involves designing advanced attack simulations, developing remediation strategies, and collaborating with system architects to build inherently secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests across diverse environments, including network, web application, and cloud infrastructures.

Required Skills

• Expertise in manual exploitation techniques and the use of industry-standard tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, and network security architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation of security tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex security data and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business-risk language for non-technical executives.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or GPEN are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
