Job Overview
The Senior Cybersecurity Forensic Investigator will play a pivotal role in our advanced threat hunting and incident response unit. This position is designed for an expert who can navigate complex digital landscapes to identify, analyze, and mitigate sophisticated cyberattacks. You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive forensic investigations into security breaches, malware infections, and unauthorized access attempts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex digital forensic investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents.
- Perform memory, disk, and network forensics to reconstruct attacker activities.

- Collaborate with the threat intelligence team to proactively hunt for indicators of compromise (IoCs).
- Prepare detailed forensic reports for executive leadership and legal teams.
- Develop and implement advanced forensic methodologies to improve response times.
- Provide expert testimony or documentation for legal proceedings involving cybercrime.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Magnet AXIOM.
- Deep understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS kernel architectures.
- Expertise in network traffic analysis and protocol dissection.
- Strong ability to write scripts (Python, PowerShell) for automation of forensic tasks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business impact.
Education
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field is required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and significant specialized experience may be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years specifically focused on digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). Proven track record of managing large-scale security breaches is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on expertise and technical certifications.
