Job Overview

The Senior Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in managing our strategic sourcing activities and optimizing the procurement lifecycle within the region. This position is vital for ensuring that our logistics operations are supported by a robust, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain. You will be responsible for negotiating high-value contracts, managing vendor relationships, and implementing procurement strategies that align with our global standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and service levels.
  • Lead complex negotiations with international and local suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new suppliers and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with international trade laws and local regulations.
  • Manage the procurement budget and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills

  • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management and procurement software (ERP).

Education

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management is required. Proven experience in managing large-scale procurement projects in emerging markets or complex environments is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of successful vendor management and cost-saving initiatives.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
