Job Overview
The Mining Geologist will lead geological investigations, data interpretation, and resource modeling for new and existing projects in the Baidoa region. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct geological field surveys, including mapping, sampling, and geophysical data acquisition.
- Interpret geological data to identify mineralization zones and assess their economic potential.
- Develop and maintain 3D geological models using industry‑standard software.
- Prepare technical reports, drill‑hole logs, and resource estimates for internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor and evaluate exploration budgets, timelines, and risk factors.

Education

Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 8,000,000 to SSP 12,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
