Job Overview

The Heavy Machinery Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness and longevity of our fleet in the El Uid region. This position involves overseeing a team of specialized technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on large-scale earthmoving and construction equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance tasks, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed during repairs. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of heavy equipment mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality repair standards.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Previous experience working in remote or challenging environments is highly desirable.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This competitive package reflects the specialized nature of the role.
