Job Overview
The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee all day‑to‑day functions of the Hilton property in Kismayo, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate department heads to achieve operational targets and uphold Hilton brand standards.
- Manage guest relations, promptly addressing feedback and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Implement training programs to enhance staff performance and career development.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and market share.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 4,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes performance‑based incentives.
