Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance.
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate events, conferences, and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across all hotel departments.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local and international hospitality regulations and best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in hotel operations or hospitality leadership are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel operations management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or international hotel chains is advantageous.
Salary
1,200,000 – 1,800,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
