Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment protocols for new machinery installations.
  • Investigate all workplace incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Lead safety training workshops for factory staff and machine operators.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all safety inspections, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all equipment meets safety specifications.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in industrial safety auditing or occupational health management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or food production facility. Salary
