Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and unannounced safety audits across all manufacturing zones and warehouses.
• Identify potential physical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards within the production facility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for all factory staff.
• Monitor compliance with local and international occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
• Investigate all workplace incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the senior management team.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all machinery meets safety guarding requirements.
• Maintain and update the facility’s safety documentation and emergency response protocols.
