Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Industrial Safety Auditor to join our Quality Assurance and Compliance department. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and unannounced safety audits across all manufacturing zones and warehouses.
- Identify potential physical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards within the production facility.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for all factory staff.
- Monitor compliance with local and international occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Investigate all workplace incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all machinery meets safety guarding requirements.
- Maintain and update the facility’s safety documentation and emergency response protocols.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in industrial safety auditing or occupational health management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or food production environment. Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance audits is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview process.
