Job Overview

The Network Deployment Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of telecom network projects in the Afmadow region. Reporting to the Head of Network Operations, the successful candidate will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all deployment activities meet technical standards, budget constraints, and timeline expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed deployment plans for new base stations, fiber routes, and backhaul infrastructure in Afmadow.
• Lead site acquisition, permitting, and civil works coordination with local authorities and community leaders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.

• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to deliver large‑scale telecom projects.

Education
