The Payments Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing transaction data, optimizing payment workflows, and supporting the implementation of new payment products tailored to the Somali market. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators for payment services.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and launch new payment solutions for the Somali market.
- Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews with banks, merchants, and fintech partners.
- Support risk assessment and compliance activities related to payment processing.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on payment analytics tools and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed business cases and recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure alignment with local financial regulations.

Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
