Job Overview

The Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Somtel’s telecom products, from concept and market research to launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new product opportunities and gaps.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Somtel’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal service delivery.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and revenue forecasts for new and existing products.
• Lead cross‑functional product launch initiatives, coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support training.
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and implement enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycle, including end‑of‑life decisions and migration plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout product development.

Salary
