Job Overview
The Renewable Energy Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the performance, financial health, and risk profile of ENI’s renewable portfolio in the Galkayo region. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for solar and wind assets, including availability, generation, and financial metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management and investors, highlighting trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling to assess asset profitability, cash flow forecasts, and return on investment.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through root‑cause analysis and proactive maintenance recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement performance enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Somali energy regulations, environmental standards, and ENI corporate policies.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Engage with local stakeholders, including government agencies and community representatives, to maintain strong relationships and secure project support.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of renewable energy technologies, especially solar PV and wind turbine systems.
- Financial acumen, including experience with asset valuation, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse audiences.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy), Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications such as CFA, PMP, or a Master’s degree in Energy Management are highly desirable.
Experience
