Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute rural electrification project plans aligned with national energy goals.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and community leaders to design and deploy solar microgrids.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and needs assessments for new electrification sites.
- Build partnerships with local governments and international donors to secure funding and resources.
- Provide technical training to communities on system maintenance and energy management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project management of energy infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and off-grid technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency in project budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
- Fluency in English and Somali.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience

Salary
