Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives. This role is critical for driving organizational performance and managing complex employee relations within our Baidoa operations. Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent.
