Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions in the Garowe office. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance management frameworks to drive high performance and accountability.

Education

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity within a professional services or multinational corporation environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
