Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions in the Garowe office. This role is critical to our success in the region, as you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our global business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This is a high-level leadership position that requires a deep understanding of local labor laws and international best practices in human capital management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the regional office.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier professional talent in the region.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local Somali labor regulations.
• Develop and execute performance management frameworks to drive high performance and accountability.
• Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational structure optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Somali labor laws and regional employment regulations.

Education

A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD is highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity within a professional services or multinational corporation environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
