Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Logistics Fleet Manager to oversee our growing transport network in Borama. This role is critical to ensuring that our delivery timelines are met with precision and that our fleet operates at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, optimizing routes, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of regional logistics, vehicle maintenance cycles, and driver management. As we continue to expand our services, this position will play a key role in scaling our capacity to meet increasing demand in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage the daily operations of the regional transport fleet to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-effective routing strategies to minimize fuel consumption and vehicle wear and tear.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all company vehicles to ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage and mentor a team of drivers and dispatchers to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle performance metrics using advanced telematics systems.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and international transport regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage vehicle lifecycle and replacement cycles.

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
