Job Overview

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in our Jowhar manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining rigorous quality control protocols to ensure all manufactured components meet strict technical specifications and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of inspectors and technicians, driving a culture of zero-defect manufacturing across the production line. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical process control, non-destructive testing, and international quality standards such as ISO 9001.

As a senior member of the engineering department, you will collaborate closely with design and production teams to identify potential failure modes and implement preventative measures. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste, directly impacting our operational efficiency and product reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance testing protocols for complex mechanical components.

• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and supplier quality standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of international quality management systems (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills regarding mechanical failures.
• Proficiency in using advanced metrology equipment and digital inspection tools.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Education

A Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background in materials science and manufacturing processes.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment is essential. Proven experience in leading quality departments or managing large-scale quality assurance projects is highly preferred. Salary
