Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities within the Somali retail banking market.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards set by the Central Bank of Somalia.
• Develop product pricing, fee structures, and profitability models, presenting business cases to senior leadership.
• Work closely with digital transformation teams to integrate new products into mobile and internet banking platforms.
