Job Overview

The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor will lead a dynamic team responsible for the efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products at our new Burao facility. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Lead a team of operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and quality logs.
