Job Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Forensic Investigator will play a critical role in our Baidoa operations, leading complex investigations into high-stakes security breaches and digital intrusions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital forensic investigations into complex security incidents and unauthorized network intrusions.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all forensic evidence is collected and preserved according to international standards.
  • Develop and implement advanced detection methodologies to identify new patterns of malicious activity.
  • Provide expert testimony and detailed technical reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in digital forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Magnet AXIOM.
  • Expert-level knowledge of network protocols, operating system internals, and file system structures.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets to identify anomalous patterns and indicators of compromise (IoCs).
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for producing high-quality forensic reports.
  • Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and advanced persistent threat (APT) tactics.

Education
