Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Procurement Specialist to lead our strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives in the Borama region. This role is critical to ensuring that our supply chain remains resilient, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the high demands of our international clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex vendor relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and optimizing procurement workflows to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the unique logistical landscape of the region while adhering to strict international compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support regional logistics operations.

- Manage and evaluate vendor performance through rigorous KPIs and regular audits.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or logistics management is mandatory. Proven experience working within the African logistics sector or in complex emerging markets is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of managing large-scale procurement budgets and leading diverse teams.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
