Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecommunications Network Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructures in the region. This role is critical for ensuring high-speed, reliable connectivity for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize large-scale telecommunications network architectures, including 4G/5G core and radio access networks.
• Lead technical feasibility studies and high-level design (HLD) documentation for new network deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and technicians.
• Conduct rigorous performance analysis and troubleshooting for complex network outages or degradation.
• Ensure all network designs comply with local regulatory requirements and international safety standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in IP networking, signaling protocols (SS7, SIP), and mobile core architectures.
• Proficiency in network virtualization, SDN (Software Defined Networking), and NFV (Network Function Virtualization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex architectural challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols within telecommunications frameworks.

Education

A Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A PhD in a specialized communications field is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in telecommunications network design, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership capacity. Proven experience in large-scale carrier-grade network deployments is essential.

Salary
