Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician to join our growing network operations team in Berbera. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and expansion of our mobile and data networks across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on cellular base stations and microwave links.
- Install and configure radio frequency (RF) equipment and fiber optic cabling.
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement for new infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and hardware failures in real-time.
- Collaborate with the network planning team to implement infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain detailed logs of all technical interventions and equipment status.
