Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Textile Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing floor in Baidoa. Key Responsibilities

Education

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a large-scale manufacturing plant is required. Proven experience in the textile or garment industry is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of improving production efficiency and managing large teams.
Salary
