We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Robotics Systems Integrator to lead complex automation projects in our Kismayo facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate complex robotic systems including multi-axis arms and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
  • Program and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine automation feasibility for local manufacturing clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware integration issues in real-time.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless system synchronization.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated production workflows.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Fanuc) and robot language programming.
  • Deep understanding of sensor technology, actuators, and motion control systems.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for system modeling and simulation.
  • Expertise in CAD/CAM software for designing automated layouts.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in industrial automation or specialized robotics training are highly preferred.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or robotics integration.
